Do you want to be part of a major transformation programme? An NHS organisation in Essex is looking for a highly developed Specialist to join their Development and Integration Team. You will be responsible for all functions relating to the technical integration of the NHS systems as well as the development and support of bespoke applications in line with the digital strategy.

This is a fantastic opportunity for you to put your extensive technical knowledge of Integration technologies, software development, databases and testing to excellent use. You will be a significant member in delivering this transformation programme and your expertise will also be used to respond to support issues raised by applications, the Digital Services Contact Centre or the Digital Services Infrastructure Teams

You will be delivering services based on SQL Server 2008r2+, Microsoft Visual Studio development environment, Windows Server 2008r + and Windows 7+, Orion Health Rhapsody 5.5+.

This role would be ideal for someone who is looking for an exciting and challenging role.

Essential Skills

  • Microsoft Technology Associate (MTA) or proven equivalent experience
  • Proven commercial experience in the areas of Systems, Servers or Networks
  • Integration languages utilising.
    • C#
    • JSON, XML, XSLT & XPath
    • JavaScript
    • Web Services, SOAP, REST
  • Experience with one or more:
    • Biztalk 2006, 2010
    • Rhapsody 5+
    • Ensemble 2013+
    • HL7 2.x
    • fHIR
  • SQL Server 2005 and above
  • Performing unit, system, integration, regression, load and end-to-end testing
