Role: Digital Marketing Executive – Paid Media
Location: Hertfordshire – working set up is 3 days from office, 2 days from home
Salary: up to £35,000 plus 10% bonus, plus benefits and lots more.

You’ll be joining a team of 8 within the digital performance function, working into the channel leads for paid social and programmatic. Building and running campaigns for their various brands. Putting the skills you currently have to good use, whilst also giving you learning opportunities for other paid media channels you’re not currently conversant with.

You’ll also be looking into the data for opportunities to optimise, and even getting a chance to voice ideas around planning and strategy too.

There’s a lot of variety available and opportunities for learning and development, and a chance to broaden your knowledge across paid media channels. Especially as the business is expanding into new ones (like TikTok), running a lot of test and trails on these which you’ll be a part of.

About You

  • You’ve got commercial experience in at least one paid media channel (PPC, programmatic, display, paid social, etc.) and are able to build and execute campaigns confidently.
  • You’re ambitious, curious and driven, and really looking for a role which will give you an opportunity to shine
  • Good understanding of measurement techniques for digital campaigns
  • You love to learn new things in digital performance
  • Maybe you’re an Agency-side Account Exec or Paid Media Exec looking to move client side. Or are currently client side and looking for a broader role - both welcome
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Good time-management skills
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Highly organised team player
