This Global Name in PR looking for a Digital Marketing Manager with experience managing PPC (predominantly) Paid Social & Remarketing Campaigns to join their Global Digital Marketing Team. This role will act as a Digital Consultant working with different clients across the industrial sectors to create awareness for their new environmental projects, CSR and Brand Activation campaigns across PPC & Paid Social (Meta & LinkedIn).

The Digital Marketing Manager is a hands-on role and will be internally facing, working with AD’s to understand the client's needs, what they are looking to achieve and deliver a satisfactory outcome. The role will also get involved in presentations to end clients on the successes of campaigns.

This role requires a passionate digital marketer keen on bringing ideas to the table a solid base level of experience in PPC & Paid Social and who wants to grow and develop into a well-rounded Digital Marketer.

The role is 100% remote and has quarterly meet-ups and a yearly global meet up which took place in Boston this year.

The role will be responsible for: 

  • Create and lead tailored digital strategies according to client needs.
  • Manage day-to-day execution of multiple client programs, working with a team.
  • Responsible for maintaining clients’ social media calendars, including content creation (copywriting and creatives), content scheduling and moderation.
  • Responsible for configuring paid social media campaigns on Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn.
  • Responsible for PPC campaigns on Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, including search, display and video.
  • Prepare program/campaign planning documents including client pitches, meeting minutes, training manuals, editorial calendars, etc.
  • Assess campaign results through regular reporting, with insights and benchmarking to show performance vs KPIs.

The ideal candidate will have a hands-on approach to Digital Marketing, be a team player and really want to forge a career in a career in Digital/Online Marketing.

The Digital Marketing Manager role requires the following experience: 

  • A few years of experience working in Paid Media, preferably in an agency environment or a transferable corporate environment.
  • The curiosity to anticipate customers’ and the agency’s needs, and create effective solutions.
  • Experience building audiences, distributing budget to platforms, keyword research and bidding strategies.
  • Knowledge of Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, and software to schedule organic content.
  • Experience with different campaign types: traffic, lead generation and brand awareness.
  • Ability to analyse and understand data to provide useful insights to optimise clients’ digital strategies.
  • Experience with influencer marketing, including scouting influencers and negotiating deals for collaborations.
  • Understanding of SEO techniques to optimise websites.
  • Ability to handle multiple assignments while maintaining keen attention to detail.
  • Experience with content creation.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and goals through a focused and strategic approach.
