In this extraordinarily rare opportunity, you will play a crucial role in the commercialization of novel ultra-orphan therapies and the successful on-going growth of our biotech client.

You will be based at the global HQ offices on the US East Coast in Boston, MA.

Supporting the Senior Director, you will work at a global level to lead the development of HEOR to support optimal market access and will support the development and submission of in-country Health Technology Assessment (HTA) and Pricing & Reimbursement (P&R) submissions.

Working with colleagues and external consultants, the initial focus of your role will be Europe plus the US and Canada. You will be travelling approximately 30% of your time within Europe and to attend global cross-functional meetings in the US.

I am interested in hearing from ‘self-starter’ HEOR experts with a background that includes:

• Proven experience within Health Economics and Outcomes Research
• At least 5 years’ experience with HEOR strategy and implementation in US, Canada and Europe
• Understanding market access and how HEOR evidence supports access decisions
• In-country and above-country experience within a pharmaceutical company or consultancy
• Rare disease, orphan or Ultra-orphan product experience is highly desirable
• Excellent analytical skills, including in-depth knowledge of health economic modelling
• Experience in managing multiple projects across a variety of health outcomes methodologies and therapeutic areas
• Solid understanding of epidemiology and biostatistics
