Job Title: Dynamics 365 CE Functional Consultant

We’re working with a leading Microsoft Gold Partner who specialise in charities and the not for profit sector. The company are currently around 100 employees strong but have plans to grow by 20-30% this year.

They are currently hiring for a D365 CE Consultant to work on a remote basis with occasional travel to customer sites throughout the country.

The company offer a salary of up to £60,000 DOE, a comprehensive benefits package and an annual bonus. On top of this they offer some unique perks such as allowing employees to take one day a month fully paid to volunteer with a charity of their choice and their work from anywhere scheme, which allows you to take your work anywhere in the world for two weeks per year.

Key Responsibilities:

•             Run workshops for requirement gathering and business process analysis

•             Identify efficient ways Dynamics 365 can add value

•             Provide input and advice on Dynamics 365 capabilities, functions, and features

•             Conduct hands-on configuration and customisation of Dynamics 365 components

•             Create functional and technical specification documentation

•             Assist with project planning and execution

•             Develop test plans and scripts

•             Conduct system and end-to-end testing

Required Skills & Experience:

•             2+ years' experience as a Dynamics 365 power platform functional consultant

•             Excellent consulting skills and previous experience as a Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant

•             In-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 (Customer Engagement)

•             Understanding of Microsoft stack (PowerApps, Power BI, Common Data Services, Azure, Office 365) and Agile environments

•             Strong facilitation, requirement gathering, stakeholder engagement, and presentation skills

•             Ability to form strong relationships with clients and colleagues

•             Full lifecycle experience of Dynamics 365 projects and knowledge of supporting business processes

•             Agile methodology experience

•             Preferably have experience within a Microsoft Gold Partner
