This global giant has an outstanding opportunity to join the best in class Dynamics CE CRM Team as a Lead Consultant on an interim basis.

They work across multiple industries such as Finance, Manufacturing, Local Government, Retail, Professional Services, Housing, Insurance and many more. Recognised as one of the best Dynamics consultancies in the world.

Key responsibilities: 

  • Implement and deploy Microsoft Dynamics CRM
  • Analyse & identify opportunities for improvement
  • Gather and understand client functional requirements    
  • Perform gap analysis between a client’s requirements and the functionality within Microsoft Dynamics CRM
  • Identify creative workarounds without the development of custom code
  • Understand the functional capabilities and limitations
  • Design and integrate business processes and data flows between CRM applications and other applications
  • Train client personnel on Microsoft Dynamics CRM (functional and technical training)
  • Develop high level project work plans
  • Lead technical discussions with clients
  • Develop data conversion and testing strategies

Additional Information

Contract duration: Up to 6 months

Daily Rate: £500 - £550 p/day d.o.e.
