The Role: The Solution Architect will be responsible for leading the client projects from a technical and functional design perspective. You will work with key client stakeholders to establish precisely what is required and assist each client with development of the solution to ensure the best possible system . You will also be responsible to work in a pre-sales role to assist with securing projects, but also expected to get your hands dirty in code when required. Lead the design and delivery of quality solutions across all areas of the Dynamics 365 and Power Platform landscape Review your team's work across all phases of client and internal projects Direct efforts to defining technical, operational, and user requirements within a pre-sales, scoping and solution design capacity Liaise effectively between customers, IT staff, and business partners to ensure high quality and timely resolution of customer issues Use in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics to solve technical design challenges existing and future clients and keep knowledge up-to-date in line with the latest platform changes Use advanced knowledge of Microsoft Technologies to enhance the solution and develop proof of concept Ensure your project team are directed and supported appropriately Take active role in sales activities and planning as required Investigate, analyse and propose new technologies or functionality to existing architectural design, that will benefit the customer Experience Required: 2+ Years as a Dynamics 365 CRM Solution Architect Previous Microsoft cloud solutions certifications are desirable Experience within a Microsoft Partner Integration experience from a technical design perspective Previous involvement in pre-sales is beneficial Good overall and up-to-date knowledge of cloud technologies Good organisational and time management skills Self-motivated with a desire to learn new technologies Proactive approach to working and personal development Attention to detail and values professionalism Personable and good communicator within team and customers Salary is negotiable to a degree, dependant on your skills, experience and situation.
