Dynamics 365 Test Lead

D 365 / Testing / Test Lead / CRM 

This leading global consultancy digitally transform organisations, harnessing the power of the latest technologies. They operate across the private and public sectors and specialise in user-friendly business applications based on the Microsoft cloud. Their range of capabilities include digital transformation, ERP and CRM implementation, change management and analytics.

We are now looking to hire a Test Lead experienced with Dynamics 365 with good leadership qualities.

Your role will involve:

  • Test delivery, supported by the Project Support team, reporting to the Project Manager
  • Delivery to an agreed timeline and to an acceptable level of quality
  • Accountable for test scope, progress reporting, organising and managing test meetings

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • The overall delivery of the testing on a day-by-day basis to time, quality and budget
  • Responsible for developing Test Strategies and conducting Test Workshops
  • Responsible for developing Test Plans for the phases of testing
  • Planning, delegating, monitoring and controlling all of the Test Team’s activities
  • Ensuring that the testing process is followed, and that all deliverables, milestones, and test phases are accepted
  • Escalate any required actions, issues, or risks to the Project Team/Steering Group

Key Competencies Include:

  • Good leadership qualities; role model and mentor to the test team
  • Experienced at working with defined test methodologies
  • Dynamics 365 experience
  • Structure and disciplined with good interpersonal skills
  • Ability to produce high quality and professional written documentation
  • Good Presentation skills

Technical Skills

  • Experience of testing D 365 CE / CRM 
  • Knowledge of both automation and manual testing tools
  • Experienced in a variety of methodologies including Agile
  • Knowledge of C#, .Net, HTML, CSS, JS will be beneficial.

Additional Information

Salary £55,000 – £68,000 p/a
