Role: eCRM Account Director Location: London offices twice a week typically (near Liverpool Street) Salary: Up to £55k base plus pension, healthcare, life assurance and lots more We’re not looking for you to reinvent the wheel, as the current one has been turning for 15+ years and doing a really effective job of things. Indeed, with this opportunity you’ll be handed the reigns to a well defined international email marketing programme on behalf of one of the world’s premiere tech companies. The programme targets their B2B community of manufactures and is designed to drive loyalty and engagement. It’s a content and communications led programme, and your remit will be to define the right strategies and approach to delivering these. Ensuring targeting and tailoring of content to the right audiences. Defining the right strategies behind communication journeys so they build customer engagement and in turn drive repeat purchase. You’ll be joining a specialist loyalty firm who handle all eCRM, customer, journey and loyalty communications on behalf of this tech giant. Supported by one email executive who will pick up on a lot of the operational delivery and admin tasks. Freeing you up to look at the bigger picture and more strategic objectives, whilst also oversighting delivery and pushing campaigns out the door, which are all handled by an inhouse team too. You’re going to be the kind of person who knows what makes world class basics in email marketing to drive customer loyalty, and are comfortable oversighting quality, ensuring this remains high whilst still being a programme of scale and pace. Key Experience Needed Agency/Consultancy experience in CRM/Loyalty and email marketing Some experience with international programmes will be beneficial Previous management/mentoring experience of more junior members of a team Solid planning skills centred around content and campaigns Knowledge of marketing automation tools would be beneficial Want to Apply?
