Job Title:             ECRM Assistant Marketing Manager
Location:             Post Covid – will need to be able to commute to Tunbridge Wells
Salary:                 £30,000 - £40,000
Benefits:             30 days leave (this includes bank holidays), Healthcare, Pension, Staff discount scheme, Gym discounts and more

First thing to clarify before going into the details of what’s on offer here is the working arrangements.

Currently the business, like most, is fully remote. But when they do return to offices, they’ve said it’s likely only going to need a couple of days a week for meetings and such. Otherwise, they’ve embraced the home working revolution.

What the role’s about?

You’ll be reporting into the eCRM Manager, and there’s a couple of junior reports in the team who handle email marketing execution. So you’ll be sitting in the middle – senior enough not to be handling the build and execution side. More focusing on the data, targeting and strategy piece.

Given oversight for the planning elements. Looking at what’s peaking around consumer interests, whether it’s brand or product categories, etc. Then working in collaboration with other teams across the marketing function to pull together the CRM roadmap for what needs delivering across international territories and the customer marketing journey.

Identifying new or fixing existing journeys too, working with the relevant teams to get those pieces delivered. As well as inputting the right test and learn approach in order to continuously optimise each element of the programme.

In addition to the day-to-day campaign piece, you will be looking at how to improve performance. Digging into customer behavioural and performance data to find opportunities to improve the effectiveness of each campaign.

There is no need for specific experience with an email tool or platform, as you won’t be getting your hands dirty there. But if you’ve had experience on that side of things previously and grown your career from that side of things and are looking for a more strategic, data centric remit where you’re pulling strings now, this could offer you that ideal next step.

The Company

They’re a digital first international retail organisation, and one of the largest in their vertical. They specialise in the luxury end of the market.

The marketing team is around 60 people, and you’ll be reporting into the Head of Marketing.

It’s very much a family environment with a very diverse team. They’ve been around a long time too, originating from a high-street operation who made the move to digital pure play quite some time ago.

So you’re going to be joining a very inclusive and progressive firm. One who’s also done really well over the last year commercially. Who happen to also take professional growth very seriously and invest well into their people to support progression.

So if all this ticks boxes for you and you’d be interested in knowing more, why not apply today?

EXPERIENCE NEEDED

  • You’ve a decent grounding in CRM and customer marketing, with solid experience of email marketing
  • Evidence of how you’ve leveraged data to inform marketing decisions – namely on targeting decisions, segmentations, test and learn strategies
  • You’ve worked in high-pace, consumer centric CRM environments before
  • Competent project management skills with a marketer’s mind.
