Role Summary

It’s a CRM role for a global retailer, where the primary channels are email and push notification based. Your role will bias towards the email side of things. But there’s scope to learn more and get exposure to a loyalty programme too.

First thing to clarify before going into the details of what’s on offer here is the working arrangements.

Currently the plan is to be fully remote until the end of the year and then evaluate from there. But when they do return to offices, they’ve said it’s likely only going to need a couple of days a week for meetings and such. Otherwise, they’ve embraced the home working revolution.

What the role’s about?

You’ll be reporting into the eCRM Assistant Manager, helping to pull together and execute a large-scale and complex email marketing programme which is targeted to both US, UK and Europe.

The work will range from pulling insights from the data team to help inform the strategy. Liaising with the creative, copy and technical teams to get the campaigns up and ready and then executing.

Then your role moves onto optimisation and analysis. Looking at campaign performance, identifying where tweaks could be made to improve results and running tests.

You’ll be part of a decent sized marketing unit of around 60 people, and working for an ecommerce retailer that operates in over 100 countries.

They’re a growing firm, one that’s done really well over the last year despite how the pandemic hit other retailers.

They’re also launching a rewards and loyalty programme at the moment, and you’re going to get exposure to this as it’s managed in-team.

There is no need for specific experience with an email tool or platform, as training on their own platform will be provided.

The Company

They’re a digital first international retail organisation, and one of the largest in their vertical. They specialise in the luxury end of the market.

It’s very much a family environment with a very diverse team. They’ve been around a long time too, originating from a high-street operation who made the move to digital pure play quite some time ago.

So you’re going to be joining a very inclusive and progressive firm. One who’s also done really well over the last year commercially. Who happen to also take professional growth very seriously and invest well into their people to support progression.

So if all this ticks boxes for you and you’d be interested in knowing more, why not apply today?

EXPERIENCE NEEDED

  • You’ve a grounding in email marketing and CRM
  • Some knowledge of Google Analytics would be helpful
  • You’ve worked in high-pace, consumer centric CRM environments before
  • Competent project management skills with a marketer’s mind.
