Employment Relations/Human Resources Advisor

This wonderful legal firm have multiple offices spanning across the Southern part of the country. They focus highly on corporate/commercial areas of law as well as assisting their clients with any HR needs they have. Through this work, this firm has become a solid name on the Legal 500 listings whilst still very a young company.


This firm are looking for an experienced individual to provide employment relations advice to the firm’s clients. On a day-to-day basis, this may include the following duties:

  • Communicating with clients over the phone, via email and in person in order to provide employment relations advice
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of clients’ documentation relating to policies and procedures
  • Supplying employment relations training
  • Identify when cases need to be elevated to the Employment Law team in the firm or other Human Resources or Health and Safety consultants within the firm
  • Attend meetings and hearings when necessary and appropriate
  • Assist and attend business development opportunities and events


Expected experience and qualifications:

  • CIPD Level 3 qualified
  • Experience working in employment relations and a background of providing support to clients within this area
