Job title: Associate/Senior Associate - you must be a qualified solicitor or legal executive

Salary: £68,000 - £80,000

PQE: 4-8PQE

My client is looking for a driven Employment Associate to help progress the growth goals for their Employment team in London. You will have solid experience working as a Solicitor, within a leading regional or national firm.

With a focus on their commercial client base, the role requires a strong background in respondent-based employment matters and you will be dealing with a mix of transactional and advisory work such as:

• Corporate support
• Wrongful and unfair dismissals
• Redundancy and restructuring
• Restrictive covenants
• General employment issues

About you

• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
• Minimum 4 years PQE
• Must be collaborative and a good team player – no silo mentality
• Strong commercial acumen
• Desire to contribute to the firm’s growth plans through networking & business development
• Immigration experience would be beneficial
• Self sufficient and able to work with minimum supervision
• Experience supervising/mentoring junior members of your team
