You’re a 2 - 5 PQE solicitor looking to focus within Employment, become a specialist in the area and provide advice on all aspects of contentious and non-contentious Employment law.

You want to know you’re going somewhere good, naturally professional, with a great reputation and credibility.

A top ‘full service’ firm established for over 100 years looking to add to this very busy, growing and rewarding team.

You will have excellent attention to detail, be commercially aware with good technical ability and well organised. As you’re managing your own caseloads, being client focused and maintaining excellent relationships is key.

Role will include but not limited to:

• TUPE drafting and advice
• Advising on grievances, misconduct, sickness absence etc.
• Advising on restructures
• Advising on Industrial relations
• Conduct of Employment Tribunal litigation
• Employee and Employer settlement agreements
