Position: End User Equipment Refresh Engineer
Location: Essex 
Contract: Fixed Term Contract until May 2024
Salary Range: £28,407 - £34,581 Depending on Experience 
Car and Driving license is essential 

Job Summary: As an End User Equipment Refresh Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the digital infrastructure. You will work closely with the team to replace end user equipment and maintain the digital estate to the highest standards. This role demands technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Replace end-user equipment within agreed timelines.
• Adhere to security measures to protect our digital assets.
• Apply ITIL principles and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless equipment transitions.
• Provide exceptional customer support and advice.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records.

Skills/Experience:

• Qualifications in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Roll out Experience 
• PC/Equipment Build experience
• MCP or MCSE certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of IT service management.
• Experience in desktop support or service desk support.
• Familiarity with ITIL principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Flexibility to work non-standard hours when required.
