Role: Finance / Pricing Analyst – New Product & Innovation

Location: Manchester, Bristol, Birmingham or Belfast
Salary: Up to £68,000 + Bonus + Benefits  

So, you’ve got a great new product. It works well, and it’s going to sell. Your customers – both B2B and B2C – are ready to buy.

Now you have to set the right price.

In this instance the product is a new digital platform, centred around the application of mar-tech in order to expand marketing capabilities of small to medium enterprise. It sounds simple, but it is wonderfully complex and growing every day.

This is also just one product in this companies arsenal. They are a household name, after all, and most people in the UK exchange their hard-earned pennies with them in some way or another. Think all things media and telecoms.

It’s a new innovation that really breaks the mould for this firm, and this is really different to their other offerings. Which is why we are looking for a Finance / Pricing Analyst to take lead and assist with the commercial balance of this new proposition.

This is a high-profile position.

You will own the whole pricing strategy for B2B and B2C, working with top tier stakeholders across the business and reporting your findings directly to C-Suite. You’ll be developing new ideas to tie into these innovations, translating the initiatives created from your insights into commercial output and optimising the approaches & future developments of these products.

It’s a lot of work, but you will be an essential player in all business decisioning.

Qualifications & Skills

• Background in applying insight to the development of new pricing propositions
• Experience designing and developing bespoke pricing and finance models for new products
• Advanced commercial modelling skills
• Very strong Excel
