Float Legal Secretary
Surrey & South West London

 

This leading law firm has offices sprawled across Surrey and London. This firm are currently looking for a float secretary to move between six of the firm’s South West London and Surrey offices on a maternity cover basis. The initial contract for the role will be six months with the possibility of an extension or permanency to be offered. The role will sit mostly within the legal teams dealing with property, family and private client law. The central duties of this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Preparation of correspondence
  • Dealing with incoming and outgoing post
  • Audio typing and word processing
  • Filing, photocopying and printing
  • Communicating with clients over the phone, over email and in person

 

Essential Experience: The successful candidate must have experience in Property, Family and Private Client law
Location: Six office locations across South West London and Surrey
Salary: £24,000 - £28,000 + petrol/public transport travel costs due to travelling between offices
