If you’re a dedicated GCP Auditor who’s passionate about your job and you’re looking for a role with a genuinely different kind of company I’d love to talk with you about a role I’m handling.

This is a purely home based role and we’re looking for people based anywhere in Europe so long as you have a right to work.

My client is a boutique, highly respected QA consultancy with an incredible reputation and well engaged client base.  As a truly recognised leader in the provision of pharma QA consulting services, notably in auditing they’re enjoying continuing organic growth as a result of engaging with new clients and repeat business.  It’s testament to the quality of the service they provide and the relationships they’ve built that they are flourishing in the current climate.  They’re incredibly busy this year and the diary is also very solid for 2021.  This is absolutely not a risky proposition.

As a result of their continued growth they’re looking for a GCP consultant to provide services to their global client base.  The role is a customer facing position including a strong element of international travel.  While travel and on site work is restricted they have a established a very effective remote audit service so in the short to medium term it’s expected that physical travel will be limited  In the medium to long term it’s expected that the role will have a more traditional site based focus.

The role holder would be expected to offer a range of services around GCP  consulting and these would centre on auditing for GCP compliance for both pre and post marketing activities across a huge variety of client types and locations.

The brief is very straightforward – I’m looking for an established GCP auditor who loves being a GCP auditor.  It’s expected that you’ll have 5-7 years of dedicated experience as a GCP Auditor as a minimum.  As well as your technical skills you’ll have fantastic people skills and will be the kind of person that will build great relationships with your colleagues and clients.  It’s important to note that the role does not hold any business development responsibilities.  You’d be there to audit, not sell or upsell.

It's hard to describe the company and environment without sounding hyperbolic but it’s fair to say that they’re genuinely unique.  They have an incredibly tight knit team, a true sense of pride in doing things right and an environment that supports people as people as well as employees.  You’ll be properly looked after.  You’ll also be able to enjoy a variety and breadth of tasks beyond what you could expect in larger pharma or CROs.  You’d have the opportunity to act as a project lead and get involved in high level consultancy work as well as straightforward audits if that’s where you want your career to go.

That’s why they are able to recruit and maintain incredible people.  Including three ex inspectors and auditors with over 20 years experience.

If the role sounds interesting and you’d like to know more it would be fantastic to tell you more.  You can;
