Are you a strategic thinker with a Growth Hacking Mindset?
Can you work with clients who need to grow rapidly but don’t have the strategic know-how?
Can you be the central mastermind for projects and work with multiple stakeholders to get things done?

If you are a strategic thinker with experience working with early-stage start-ups and digital-first businesses to grow their customer base rapidly then this role might be your next career step. You will be the central point for all growth projects covering everything from delivering kick-ass presentations getting under the skin of a clients needs to win them as a client right through to working with the client one on one to build and delivery a competitive growth strategy that will deliver results and work with performance marketing teams to turn that strategy into action.

Being a Growth Marketing expert, you will be able to work with a variety of business is a wide range of different needs to create strategies that deliver (if you have the nickname in the office of “The Postman it would help). This role won’t limit you to just digital projects, you will have the freedom to work on a variety of channels outside of the standard performance marketing channels (PPC, Paid Social, Display, Email Marketing) to encompass TV, Radio & Outdoor campaigns, don’t worry if you don’t have that experience in your background the agency is a big fan of training and is always looking to train up solid Digital/Growth Marketers.

You need to be comfortable helping and advising clients without telling them what to do, you need to have a consultative approach and work with clients in partnership rather than the traditional agency relationship. Clients are going to need a guiding hand and someone to advise them on what they need, as most clients will come in with the objective of “we need to grow now” and not have many other objectives so you will need to talk through their problems and purpose viable solutions, normally in the form of presentations that would yield a standing ovation from Don Draper.

The business is a European wide Growth Hacking agency Headquartered in Germany, they work with some of Europe’s fastest-growing star-up and digital-first consumer business and they have transplanted that success to the UK (if you see a start-up in the mainstream news they probably work with them). The London team is just over 10 members and is very focused on cross-collaboration, (if you are looking for a role which gives you your own office you are out of luck) so its all hands on deck to get project done and more often than not you are going to be at the center of it.
