** Award Winning Customer Engagement Agency **

  • Unique customer insight platform offering; cutting edge concept
  • Leading relationship with top tier brand clients across travel, banking and retail clients
  • Chance to build out a data team
  • Enabling clients to grow from a true customer level

LOCATION:         Central London

SALARY:             £80k - £120k plus excellent benefits, bonus & shares

Feeling the frustrations of management consultancy life, keen to own and deliver customer insight solutions from end to end?

Perhaps you are hungry to working long term with clients on initiating change? Finding your current job a slow burn and uninspiring?

This growing customer engagement agency is where all that could change for you – on offer, a culture of true innovation and courage, backed by credibility and experience in their senior leadership team as well as access to some of the biggest names in banking, retail and travel.

In this brand-new role, you will work as a senior level consultant and eventually, team lead facing into c-suite executives, providing consultancy and advice on how to get the most out of their first party data and contextual data sources

The cornerstone of their offering is in their propriety software - a unique customer insight platform which allows a detailed view of their customer base like never before.

They work to embed this platform within the client across a matter of weeks (a task which normally takes months) which is rolled out via a proof of concept model, with the end goal being to license and embed the platform within the organisation long term. You will be partnering with these companies at a multitude of management levels, working to get them 'on board' with ideas and solutions already sold in at the top tier; therefore strong diplomacy, empathy and relationship building skills are key, coupled with contextual knowledge of CRM and data to allow for credibility.

Fundamentally, it is most important that this person is a great conceptual thinker and a smart creative problem solver with the ability to engage at the most senior level, whilst also rolling your sleeves up to lead the team to make it happen; an inspiring leader.

A great opportunity to be part of this growing agency, working with some incredible brands, delivering a truly cutting edge, unique customer insight platform, all within a truly entrepreneurial and creative culture.

Experienced required:

  • Educated to degree level in a relevant subject such as marketing or mathematics, statistics etc.
  • Highly experienced in consultative selling and the ability to shape bespoke data solutions for end clients
  • Comfortable and credible in dealing with c-suite exec level stakeholders
  • Ability to provide advice on how clients can leverage first party data sources through innovation and change, for improved marketing and business growth
  • Background in shaping customer marketing strategies, as well as contextual understanding of data capabilities around analytics and insight
  • Some experience of working within a management consultancy
  • Team leadership experience and the desire to grow and lead a team
