Head of Residential Property - Brighton, East Sussex.

Due to an internal restructure, my client is currently looking to recruit an experienced residential conveyancer to head up the residential property team.  

This is a rare and fantastic opportunity to join as head of department from day one, with the option of partnership after 6 months.  

If you are 'stuck in a rut' in your current role, being overlooked for partnership or you simply aren't able to progress then this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Due to the seniority of this position, interested candidates must be either a qualified solicitor, legal executive or licensed conveyancer and will have at least 5 years experience of managing a residential property caseload unsupervised.  This role will be a mix of fee earning and management and therefore some supervisory or team leading experience would be an advantage.  

Enthusiasm, ambition and strong IT knowledge (including case management) is also required as you will be fronting up this department and setting an example to the rest of the team.  You can really make this department your own and put your stamp on it.
