The successful candidate would have at least 3 years’ experience in HR with at least one year spent at an advisor level. The key duties of this role include but are not limited to:

• Assisting on welcoming new-joiners of the firm
• Assisting with staff departures
• Helping with the firms’ salary reviews on an annual basis
• Involvement in staff appraisals
• Assisting with the absence process
• Advising staff on HR matters
