HR Officer / Advisor - FTC

Are you a HR Officer, looking to progress and develop your career with a forward-thinking firm? An award winning, high performing, top 100 law firm are looking for a HR Officer to join them on a 12-month maternity contract.
 
You will provide pragmatic, bespoke and business focused HR solutions across the firm supporting and offering guidance on a range of HR matters.
 

Some of the central duties of this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Act as the first point of contact for employees on any HR related queries.
  • Play an integral role in the whole recruitment and selection process.
  • Provide HR support to managers and employees across the full employee lifecycle.
  • Support to resolve simple to complex employee cases.
  • Handle maternity and Paternity queries, providing a timely and professional solution.
  • Ad hoc duties.
Ideally you will be able to start this side of Christmas and be able to commit to the length of the contract.
Location – Tunbridge Wells (hybrid working available)
Salary – £40,000 - £45,000 (depending on experience)
