You’re a 4+ PQE Solicitor looking for an In-House position within a leading, global Private Wealth Management firm.

With 11 offices worldwide, an excellent reputation and first-class technical expertise you will be joining a proactive legal team of 7 where client and service focus is paramount.

You will have strong experience within Probate, drafting wills, trusts and lasting powers of attorney. Having previously advised on complex tax and legal issues, a good working knowledge of the relevant tax and succession laws applicable to private clients is required in one or more of the UK, USA, Australia and/ or South Africa, with significant current experience of advising on the tax law in at least one of these countries.

PRINCIPAL ELEMENTS AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Drafting wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney, often involving a cross border element.

• Advising on UK probate issues.

• Advising clients on a wide range of legal, tax and commercial matters, with an emphasis on estate and succession planning.

• Drafting and reviewing commercial agreements, trust related documents.

• Providing advice on strategy and structures for the protection of family assets and commercial transactions.
