Role: Associate/Senior Associate

Practice Area: Insolvency – Dispute Resolution

Location: South Bucks or St Albans

Salary: Depends on PQE

PQE: 2-10 years

Qualifications: Solicitor or CILEX admitted to practice in England & Wales

My client is seeking experienced solicitors with between 2-10 years PQE, that have experience with Insolvency matters. You must be confident in handling all aspects of corporate insolvency including:

• Administration appointments
• Court applications
• Providing advice to IP’s, secured lenders & directors
• Litigation
• Dealing with property related transactions

The ideal candidate:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience & admitted to practice in England & Wales
• Has good commercial acumen and recognise the importance of cross selling and identifying opportunities to refer work to other teams.
• Has the ability to manage time & workload priorities
• Pragmatic attitude to resolving disputes
• Great written and oral communication skills
• Confident networker and able to develop relationships with a variety of people
• Willing to attend networking & firm events with potential clients
• Be able to develop & implement marketing strategies
• If you are a senior associate, you will also be required to provide support and guidance to junior members of the team.
