IT SUPPORT TECHNICIAN
Up to £35,000 + Bonus + Benefits
Windows Desktop Administration / IT Support / Smart Phone and Mobile Device Administration 

Are you experienced in supporting an IT infrastructure, comfortable working closely with users and colleagues?

We're looking for someone that can look after IT support issues, telephonic equipment & mobile devices. 
    
If you have experience of the following then we'd love to hear from you...

• Administering IT systems
• Windows desktop administration
• Administering mobile telephones, landline telephones and mobile devices.
• Monitoring and being the first point of contact for any IT support calls
• Deploying new or reused computer and telephone equipment
• Experience learning about and documenting standards and procedures for supporting the systems

The location 

The company operate a hybrid approach with a mix of home and office-based working. Typically 2-3 days in the office per week, the rest from home. 

Offices are based close to Watford. 

It is highly advantageous if you drive. The offices are tricky to get to on public transport.
