I am seeking a Junior Data Planner / Campaign Analyst to work for this award winning marketing agency with a heritage in creative data analytics.


This role is working across multiple accounts across luxury retail, automotive and entertainment, delivering data strategies and campaign evaluation, optimizing multichannel customer journeys for some of the world’s largest brands.


The data is broad, complex and rich, which requires a particular type of approach and way of thinking; intellectually curious, strong attention to detail and creative in the application of data within marketing. The main aim is to help the client to improve return business from their customers and to identify potential new customers; so lots of exploratory insights work as well as campaign reporting, goes on.


You will work alongside Data Scientists and Analysts to identify new ways of leveraging data to improve campaign targeting and customer engagement. This is a fantastic role for anyone with a numerate degree looking to develop their experience in the commercial world of data driven marketing. Beyond this, you could look to continue in a data strategy role or move across into analytics.

What skills do I need to apply?


Strategic analytics, insights, creative thought around the use of data within marketing


Data driven CRM or loyalty experience


Hands on CRM or marketing analytics, ability to plan how data is used within targeted marketing




  • Educated to degree level in a relevant subject (must have a numerate element to it)
  • The ability to think laterally and creatively about how data can be applied to influence multichannel marketing
  • A strong aptitude for learning and development and a desire to grow
  • Experience in analytics or data driven marketing or CRM
  • Excellent communication skills, as this is a client facing role
