Junior/ Medior System Engineer (Microsoft)

The company are based in Utrecht but also have offices and operate all over the world. They are in the Fintech market and are very successful in what they do. Despite the Financial services background of the company the ideal person will be come from a hosting background. The IT Infrastructure team manage not only the internal network and systems of the company but also the infrastructure and architecture of the hosted clients.

You’ll be joining a team of very skilled Systems engineers, Network engineers and Support engineers from all over Europe.

You will be given a great amount of training and encouraged to pursue any vendor certificates you like.  There’s no micromanagement and you will be allowed to work in your style in whichever way you think is best for you. Everybody is listened to so if you have suggestions then speak up, somebody will listen and take them onboard.

Salary:

€2750-€4000 per month (Inclusive of holiday pay) dependant on experience

Requirements:

• Knowledge and experience with Microsoft, VmWare and Wintel
• Keen to learn and progress your skill set.
• Customer facing with the ability to work with clients in order to solve technical issues.
• Ability to implement solutions and improvements to both customers infrastructures and the infrastructure of the business.
• Preferably MCSA or VCP certified but not essential
• Great communication skills.
• Will to participate in a 24/7 on call rota.
• Must be eligible to work in the Netherlands
