You will be part of a research team at the forefront of innovative research delivery. You will help to create business-critical shopper research for the online brand. This is a junior role, 1-3 years of experience is ideal. Opportunities to progress your career are there for the taking. You will be involved in setting up and delivering research projects for clients, including liaising with fieldwork agencies, undertaking shopper research – both quantitative and qualitative, analysis and interpretation of large and complex data sets and writing presentations and delivery for client debriefs. You will need a passion for the food and grocery industry and a commercial hunger. Purpose of the job: • To deliver industry-leading insight • To be a recognised market research expert • To support the delivery of customised shopper research projects and financial targets • Undertake and publish shopper research Bespoke research This will involve designing research methods such as interviews and questionnaires, carrying out qualitative or quantitative research, monitoring work progress, analysing and interpreting results and writing reports, including customer recommendations. These projects will be delivered to an exceptionally high standard. • Customer engagement and brand-building • Developing and maintaining contacts • Maintaining food and grocery industry knowledge There will be some UK travel required.
