Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, build and deployment of Dynamics 365 CE solutions into various industry sectors
  • Provide expert functional knowledge of the latest version of D365 CE and constant stakeholder liaison 
  • Understand client needs and participate in the design and architecture of solutions
  • Translate business requirements into functional and configuration requirements
  • Write development specifications and resolve any issues that arise
  • Carry out tasks within a solid project environment and lead consultants in various work stream
  • Responsible for quality of functional design
  • Responsible for testing and documenting configuration
  • Developing solid working relationships with clients and colleagues utilising expert soft skills

Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics CRM/CE at either partner or end user
  • Experience with delivery of full life cycle Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions
  • 5+ years of experience implementing large packaged CRM applications
  • Ideally Microsoft Partner experience but this is not essential
  • Significant experience with sales management, marketing, and/or customer service processes
  • Confident, outgoing personality who can quickly engage stakeholders
  • Possesses excellent communication skills
  • Self-Starter with ability to handle multiple tasks and shifting priorities
  • Places emphasis on client satisfaction
  • Learns new concepts quickly and thoroughly
