Litigation Solicitor / Legal Executive - Tunbridge Wells, Kent.

Kent based practice are currently looking to recruit a litigation fee earner to join their very busy dispute resolution department.

The team handle a mixed bag of litigation matters, both commercial and civil disputes, including but not limited to:  contractual disputes, professional negligence, property litigation, contentious probate, consumer disputes and insolvency and debt.

This firm are long established in Kent and have an outstanding reputation for providing some of the best legal services in the county as well as being one of the nicest firms to work for.  They offer a genuine work/life balance, flexibility, a very friendly and open culture and they provide real career prospects and the opportunity to progress and these are all reasons why their staff turnover is very low.

This is a mid level position and therefore you are likely to have 2+ years PQE and applications are welcome from both qualified Solicitors and qualified Legal Executives.  You will have a varied litigation background and will ideally have experience in most of the contentious areas above.  You will be expected to be able to manage your own caseload without too much supervision, albeit support will be there if needed as it is very much a team environment.
