Role:   Marketing Automation Specialist - Pardot
Salary:   Circa £40,000
Location:   Office - Clevedon, Near Bristol
Work from home: 2 days max in office. There is flex available.

The team you’ll be joining is made up of 14 people and covers the EMEA region for a very well known tech brand who specialise in industrial hardware.

The team you’ll be joining overseas lead and demand generation through a mixture of digital performance marketing as well as lifecycle marketing automation (both nurture, engagement and retention campaigns).

Your specific remit will be to own and manage the company’s acquisition, in-life and retention marketing campaigns. Specifically building and managing these through Salesforce Pardot with automation in mind.

This will be a bit more on the technical side, working with content specialists who will provide the detail for what’s going into the campaigns. With you creating the journeys and flows. Then setting up the programmes across lead nurturing, welcome, onboarding and in-life. As well as looking at promotional retention programmes at the other end of the lifecycle too.

With anything new, you will also be handling the test and learn strategies to look at optimisation of campaign performance. Making the tweaks and changes where necessary to workflows.

You’ll also be hands-on with defining the audience for each campaign journey. Looking at data segmentations based on behaviours, demographics, geographic and psychological criteria.

The marketing and campaigns capabilities are in a reasonably mature state, but there’s opportunity with evangelism to some internal teams, specifically around the digitalisation of campaigns. You’ll be helping to move aspects of this forward with the various new journeys and automations you’ll be building.

There’s also scope for learning and development with this opportunity, as the company not only supports training and development. But also have a lot of internal knowledge and expertise, so are able to train in-house around polishing up Pardot skills and database marketing.

KEY EXPERIENCE NEEDED

  • Some hands-on experience with Pardot or Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Have more of a technical slant to your background in the set up and build side of journey flows
  • Good understanding of measurement around campaign performance and able to spot and fix issues with campaigns when the data is off
  • Positive, can do attitude and a real love for the work you do
