Role: Marketing Executive
Location
: Andover, Hampshire – with remote working too – typically 2-3 days in office/home once return to office is appropriate.
Salary: £20,000 to £25,000 (based on experience)

Joining this rapidly scaling business in their customer marketing function, you’ll become part of a small, but growing team responsible for all ‘in life’ customer communications.

This will be a mixture of promotional and operational communications, and you will be getting your hands dirty in the creation and production of campaign collateral. Helping to pull together campaigns, working with external creative and production agencies to ensure things are delivered on time, and to budget.

You’ll be mentored by the Head of Customer Marketing, and be part of a rapidly growing wider marketing function. They’re a collaborative bunch, and frequently muck in to support on projects to pull all the pieces together, ensuring seamless delivery and execution cross channel.

You’ll also be responsible for putting in place the appropriate campaign tracking to ensure performance can be measured and reported back. So they can be tweaked or optimised in-flight to help improve performance.

You’ll also get some exposure to campaign targeting and selection strategies. Notably when looking at contact strategy and ensuring the appropriate contact rules are being followed.

It’s a multi-channel programme covering both on and offline. So your role will have a lot of variety to it.

Similarly, this is a rapidly scaling business, with a programme that’s only going to increase in sophistication as the business continues to grow. So there’s going to be lots of opportunities for you to learn and develop.

Key Experience Necessary

  • Looking for some commercial experience within a marketing environment. Be it through a placement year, or a year plus post grad work
  • A real interest in wanting to go into a customer marketing/CRM environment, and growing your career down that path
  • Exposure to graphic design tools would be beneficial, such as Adobe CS
  • If you’ve had any experience working in a regulated industry like insurance, financial services, utilities, telecoms, etc. would be an advantage. But not strictly necessary
  • Bright, ambitious, gregarious nature. Really willing to and keen to learn
  • Able to showcase and evidence clear thought around the career direction you want to take, and why this kind of role would align with that.

Must be able to live and work in the UK unrestricted.
