Marketing Manager – Brand, PR and Social
Location – UK Home based principally
Salary: Base up to £80,000 plus benefits

Everybody hates them, they’re often confusing, surrounded in legalise and different in every country around the world. But unless you’re a part of the super elite who seem to have found ways of avoiding it, paying taxes is just another part of life.

But even cryptoassets can’t avoid tax. But it’s complicated, especially keeping track of international trades and understanding where tax liabilities are being accrued. It’s certainly a time consuming and confusing problem to have whether for an average Joe or corporate investors and traders.

That’s what this rapidly scaling SaaS specialises in, and they’ve got over 300,000 customers on book already taking advantage of their solution.

Your remit is to help this rapidly scaling platform become recognised as the next Sage or Intuit specifically for crypto asset tracking and tax solutions. Telling their brand story through multi-channel campaigns which drive awareness and improve brand sentiment.

Social media and PR will play an important part of your campaign mix, including events and co-partner marketing with strategic partners which lead to mutually beneficial outcomes through things such as webinars and white papers.

You will also be acting as brand guardian and gate keeper for external communications including press releases, fact sheets, external presentations. To ensure both consistency of message and tone of voice.

Measures of success will be through brand kpi’s and related tracking activity to ensure the various campaigns and key messaging are achieving cut through.

This is a very hands-on role with a lot of headroom for growth and development. This will be both though business growth and you bringing an open mind with lots of ideas to the table to help the business achieve its objectives.

Key experience

  • Brand and Comms experience with market relevant experience from SaaS, Fintech or software specifically serving the crypto or blockchain industries
  • Experienced in managing a content led social media programme
  • Good knowledge of PR, the various channels and how to make best use of each to help build a brand’s reputation both on and offline
  • Experienced in managing the end to end campaign process
  • Good knowledge of brand strategy and managing tone of voice
  • Strong written and verbal skills, including copy writing and editing
