Job searching is a pain in the proverbial.

Job boards, networking, ATS systems, researching…. And this is before you’ve even landed an interview. It’s a full-time job.

Once you’ve landed an interview, if you’ve not had to interview in a while, you’ll find competency style questions a very alien way of conversing. So they say it can take on average 7 interviews before you start to master how to structure answers in a way which scores highly.

It’s no wonder many so many turn to online resources looking for help. With CV’s, interview prep, career coaching, etc.

This is what you’ll be marketing.

This is all principally through digital media channels, with a heavy reliance on social media (LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram), both organic and paid. As well as PPC and SEO.

You’ll be in control of their lead generation marketing efforts for both audiences. Looking to ensure a consistent volume and value of leads which convert.

You’ll have agencies supporting you with execution across SEO, PR and brand. But will directly control paid and organic social as well as PPC.

In addition, you’ll be responsible for the various toolkits which support the business development and sales teams. Such as marketing collateral, slide decks, etc. Plus oversight of RFP’s and tenders too.
