Job: Medical Writer

Salary: £30,000 - £40,000

Specialist agency that’s been creating, developing, and delivering bespoke and blended learning solutions in oncology globally since 2015.

They’ve a strong catalogue of existing courses that is ever expanding.
Their growth is rooted in success, having worked with teams in Europe, the US, Asia, Africa and the Middle East.

 

What the job is.

In the first instance it’s creating clear, concise, and accurate content for a range of educational materials in the oncology learning spectrum. You will work closely with clients to ensure that all content meets their specifications and is suitable for educational purposes.

You’ll need to ensure existing material is up to date and in line with current guidelines as well as ensuring all material is consistent in use of language, imagery, style and branding.

 The business intends to keep the growth going, and so the role will shortly develop to include providing training and mentoring to new staff to help them reach their full potential.

 

Minimum requirement for applicants.

Minimum of 1 years’ experience of producing scientific content to a high level

Experience creating content in line with the ABPI code.

A University Degree in life science of a medical subject

Proficiency in standard software, such as Microsoft and Adobe Acrobat

Excellent interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication.

The right to live and work in the UK

Be willing and capable of attending office 1-2 days per week.

 

Bonus points if you also have the following:

Experience writing educational and training content

Experience training and developing others, in either a formal or informal manner

Proficiency with Veeva Promomats or other client based approval systems.
