Packaging & Labelling Operations Manager

Role Overview

 

We’re looking for a Packaging and Labelling Operations Manager who can undertake the management of the daily operations relating to the receipt, storage, label production, packaging and distribution of clinical supplies. This would suit someone with experience and knowledge of GXP compliance in a pharmaceutical environment. Responsibilities of the role include:

  • Managing all of the GXP compliance activities relating to storage, label production, packaging and distribution of clinical supplies.
  • Supervising the Operations Team
  • Organising packaging room schedule
  • GXP training of team members
  • Coordinating with Quality Assurance to maintain GXP and SOP compliance
  • Supervising the material specification process, acquisition of materials, label production, label approval
  • Maintaining relationships with clients, couriers and shipping regulation organisations
  • Participation in client audits

 

Requirements of the role include:

  • BSc in Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry or relevant scientific degree
  • More than 5 years’ experience in clinical trial supply essential
  • Excellent knowledge of pharmaceutical industry and GXP compliance
  • Management experience of an operations team essential
  • Fluent in German and English
