Paid Media Manager – Insurance Sector – £45K - £50K

Are you a Paid Search specialist?

Do you want to be a part of a growing successful in-house function?

You will be an experienced and well established PPC Manager with over 3 years strategic and executional paid search experience.

Working closely with other online and offline marketing teams like including TV and creative you will be maximising conversion opportunities driven by TV activity as well as managing the traditional and emerging digital acquisition channels.

Your focus within this role will be PPC. However, as the business grows, there will be opportunity to widen out to other channels like display.

You will possess the vision and drive needed to mould and deliver channel strategy. as well as be a key stakeholder within a close-knit marketing team comprising of digital, offline and creative divisions.

You’ll develop, optimise and execute digital media plans to deliver and forecast leads and conversions within agreed budgets. You’ll Review ad copy and optimise and test-and-learn digital media programmes and manage execution of all campaigns ensuring attention to detail and avoiding errors.

There is an agency relationship in place at the moment, for PPC, you will manage this initially, winding down activity through them as you get settled in and building up activity internally in house.

What we’re looking for you to demonstrate:

  • 3+ years PPC (Adwords / Bing Ads) experience from an in house or agency setting.
  • Experience in reporting, tracking and analytics via Google Analytics and Adwords.
  • An analytical and numerate mindset.
