To be considered for this position, the ideal candidate must have experience in all areas of Residential Conveyancing and have 12 months experience as a Paralegal. Some of the central duties of this role include: Working one-on-one with a fee earner and assisting them with their caseloads. Prepare draft contract packages, all searches, exchange, and completion letters. Communicating with clients in person, over the phone and over email. Taking charge of cases in the fee earners absence. Dealing with incoming client queries.
