Partner – Property

Seeking a motivated and experienced Partner to join a property team based in Central London, the firm provide legal services within Property, Corporate & Litigation. As a Partner, you will play a key role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional service to clients. The firm’s ethos is built on providing a great service and they are proud of their culture; employees genuinely feel like they are working with their friends and there is a light-hearted nature while still achieving the best outcomes for their clients. The firm have a fantastic retention rate, with most solicitors having worked there for a number of years and many of the Partners having started as trainee solicitors – they are seeking someone that is looking for longevity.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a portfolio of clients in the property sector
• Manage and grow existing client relationships to drive revenue and ensure client satisfaction
• Work collaboratively with the wider team to deliver outstanding service to clients
• Identify and pursue business development opportunities to expand the company's presence in the property sector
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members to support their development and growth

Requirements/Qualifications

• A proven track record of success in the property sector (commercial & residential) with a partial following of clients
• Strong business development and networking skills
• A strategic mindset and ability to think creatively to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
• A passion for delivering outstanding client service
