Role: Performance Data Analyst

Location: London
Salary: Up to £45,000 + Bonus + Benefits

Over the past few years there has been a massive conflict surrounding the way people consume media. It has been fought between giants of media, technology powerhouses, and alternative .com businesses. All of them battling for the rights to television shows, movie and documentaries in a bid to win your spare time.

Of course, its the streaming wars.

A lot of us have spent our lockdowns in front of televisions, tablets and PCs… undoubtedly binge-watching trashy television shows, taking part in monster movie marathons or using the kids section to buy ourselves a minute of silence…

Now platforms are investing massively into the optimisation of their offering. Asking themselves the question of “how can we differentiate or refine our product?”.

Data & Analytics will be key in finding the answer to that question, which is why the Optimisation & Experimentation team at this firm is looking for a new Performance Analyst.

It’s a growth role, with a focus on analysing the impacts and metrics of various aspects of the streaming product. Working on building models, CRM testing and applying scientific approaches to business decisioning.  The technical skills needed to achieve this include an expert knowledge of SQL, some data visualisation / dashboarding experience on Tableau and a background using Google BigQuery.

The team is based out of an incredible West London office, that comes with some real flashy features. You’ll be there for 1 or 2 days per week, but also get all of the benefits of a flexible hybrid model that is working really well for everyone.

If you fancy hearing more about what it’s like working at one of the biggest names in streaming then hit apply!
