Packaging & Labelling Project Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for an ambitious person with experience in packaging and labelling operations in a pharmaceutical environment to join an ever-growing exciting pharmaceutical company. This role would suit someone looking to take on responsibilities for the packaging and labelling operations and are looking to grow with the department, as this would offer great opportunity for development.  A key element of this role involves working with clients to ensure the provision of clinical trial supplies according to study protocol specifications and utilising materials and procedures that meet study requirements.

Responsibilities of the role include:

  • Overseeing the packaging and labelling process
  • Engaging with clients to discuss packaging and labelling strategy (design, supplies etc)
  • Preparing packaging and labelling samples
  • Designing material specifications for products
  • Managing the provision of translations for labels
  • Acquiring materials for clinical trials (cartons, label, bottles, foil, film etc)
  • Stakeholder management

 

Requirements of the role include:

  • Professional proficiency in both English and German
  • Experience in Packaging and Labelling environment
  • Knowledge of GMP and GDP in a Pharmaceutical environment
  • Strong computer literacy
  • Thorough attention to detail
