I’m working with a well-established Travel client looking to hire an additional PPC Executive to the team due to a promotion. The Travel company is well positioned for growth in 2023, they have two brands, one that focused on VIP and bespoke executive holidays (think those £40k holidays to the Dubai you have heard about) and the other is focused on delivering travellers to the worlds best theme parks (and yes you do get discounts on travel). They spend roughly 400k a month on PPC so are a great environment for a PPC Executive who is looking to grow and work with decent budgets. They are also an SA360 site so if you are not being offered that training at your agency they can offer it.

The role is focused on the hands-on elements of PPC, you will be responsible for a total spend of 2 million+ a year and you will be responsible for creating bespoke seasonal campaigns as well as monitoring established PPC and focusing on improvements and keyword research. They are able to offer SA360 training but they would like candidates to come with a working knowledge or an at least an understanding of the platform. The role has an established road map for progression over the next 18 months when are going to invest in your skills and build you up to be a PPC Manager, who is an expert in SA360 which will really open doors in your career.

The role is based in Romford, Essex (20min from Stratford, London station). They are taking a modern approach to hybrid working, they are open to multiple options when it comes to being in the office, they are open to a candidate being in the office 5 days a week right up to once a week.

Role responsibilities:

  • Working with the PPC Manager on creating accounts, campaigns and Adgroups as required.
  • Analysing performance to highlight new areas for growth.
  • Managing bids and budgets daily to optimise performance
  • Updating ad copy based on seasonal/sale/product updates or performance testing
  • Generating daily, weekly and monthly reports for internal use.
  • Monitoring digital and PPC industry developments.
  • Working closely with the wider team to expand knowledge and ensure best practice is adhered to across all channels.
  • Update reports and provide analysis around ROI, campaign performance and website traffic. 
  • Execute tests, collect and analyse data, identify trends and insights in order to achieve profitable growth in the channel.


The PPC Executive role requires the following experience: 

  • Relevant hands on PPC experience across multiple accounts, within an agency or a client side setting
  • Working knowledge SA360 (training will be provided)
  • Strong working knowledge of the latest PPC techniques and automated bidding
  • Experience working with cross-functional groups and supporting projects to completion.
  • Good knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising and Google Analytics.
  • A proven track record in delivering results and improving performance.
  • A decisive attitude that focuses on delivering business outcomes and driving improvements
  • The ability to exhibit excellent professional judgement and work under pressure, towards short deadlines
