This is an exceptional opportunity to join a leading Microsoft Gold partner as a Pre-Sales Consultant.

You'll need to have some experience designing and delivering compelling solutions to help customers understand the value of the Dynamics 365.

The company are a high growth digital technology business, with their core capabilities encompassing the breadth of the Dynamics 365 solution.

As a Pre-Sales Consultant, you will work to understand customer and prospect requirements, translate these into solution designs, and provide this as input to commercial proposals.

The role:

  •              Qualifying new opportunities
  •              Work with prospects and existing customers to understand their strategic goal, priorities and business requirements
  •              Create and lead solution demonstrations
  •              Contribute to RFIs, RFPs and ITTs to produce high-quality sales proposals
  •              Enable the commercial team to better understand the Microsoft product set
  •              Support go-to-market activities such as developing packaged offerings, whitepapers, product videos and industry specific solutions
  •              Participate in company marketing activities such as webinars, forums and user groups
  •              Build relationships with key technical and sales contacts within Microsoft and the partner community.

Professional and technical experience

  •              Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM) consultancy experience, D365 CE.
  •              A strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform 
  •              Knowledge of Azure and Microsoft 365 is desirable
  •              Experience of building and configuring engaging solution demonstrations.
  •              Excellent communication and presentation skills
  •              Strong requirements gathering skills
  •              Knowledge of legacy Microsoft Dynamics 365 versions such as CRM2011, CRM2013 and CRM2016 is desirable
  •              The ability to create high quality written proposals and functional documentation.

  •              Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  •              Able to engage with third parties, suppliers and stakeholders
  •              Able to manage personal workload and prioritise on short, medium and long-term goals.

A salary up to £65,000 p/a + annual Bonus. Flexible working (home or office based) and the company promote a healthy work life balance.
