Private Client - Head of Department - Surrey.

Leading Legal 500 law firm in Surrey are looking for an experienced private client solicitor to join them to head up this department due to a pending retirement.

This team currently manage a range of private client work covering all matters non-contentious including wills, probate, LPA's, elderly client matters, tax, trusts and Court of Protection work.

Applications are welcome from experienced qualified Solicitors who are keen to run their own department.  No following is necessary but you must be ambitious and motivated and keen to help grow and develop the department.  You are likely to either be a Partner in another law firm or maybe you are a senior associate but being overlooked for partnership.
