This firm’s Legal 500 listed Private Client team is looking to add an associate level solicitor with 3-5 years post-qualification experience. This team deal with a wide range of Private Client cases, including but not limited to:

• Cross-border issues
• Succession planning
• Drafting of wills
• Tax advice – including the repercussions of breakdowns within families.
• Trusts and taxation administration.
• Estate planning

Cases within these areas may/will be included within the successful applicant’s caseload.

The ideal candidate will: 1) be educated to degree level (ideally a minimum of 2:1 obtained), 2) have experience in a variety of private client work, 3) be happy to participate in business development activities and events and 4) a strong interest in continuing to progress and develop their career within the Private Client sector.
