Private Client Solicitor - Senior Associate/Partner level - East Kent Coast.

Small yet very well established law firm on the East Kent Coast with a exceptional reputation, are looking to recruit an experienced private client solicitor with a view to succession planning and potentially building up to being head of department in the first year or so.  

Due to a pending retirement, my client are looking to recruit a private client solicitor at a senior level.  The work is varied and will involve wills, probate, Powers of Attorney, trusts and some Court of Protection work too.  The clients range from those wanting simple wills to very high net worth clients with complex assets in the UK and abroad.  

Due to the seniority of this position, it is anticipated that you will have at least 4/5 years PQE in private client work and you will ideally either be STEP qualified or working towards.  

You are likely to join at senior associate or salaried partner level and the head of department role is there for the taking when you are ready.

This is a rare opportunity to join a firm at such a level and therefore it is perfect if you are currently a senior solicitor in another law firm but are being overlooked for partnership or promotion.  Or you may be working in London and are looking to relocate to the beautiful Kent Coast.
