Project Associate

Overview

A global leader in the management of Managed Access or 'Named Patient' Programmes is looking for a patient focused Project Associate to join their expanding Managed Access Programme (MAP) team, in the form of a Project Associate.

As Project Associate, you will be providing operational support to the senior project management team. Working on assigned global MAP’s, you will have a particular focus on communicating with sponsors, monitoring the programmes progress and reporting on project KPI’s.

Key Responsibilities

  • Working closely with senior Project Managers and Project Directors, you will provide operational support for the day-to-day management of projects.
  • You will take responsible for the ongoing monitoring of your assigned projects and reporting on the projects KPI’s.
  • Monitoring of MAP’s will include, ensuring the project is adhering to the projects agreed specifications and objectives.
  • Act as a main point of contact for clients/sponsors with regards to programme status, performance and any issues that may arise.
  • Where required, escalate any issues that may arise on the projects that require senior project management attention.

Requirements:

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent
  • You will have experience of working within the pharmaceutical sector
  • Experience of working in a project management type role
  • Experience of working with external clients/sponsors
  • Ability to travel outside of UK
  • Be able to demonstrate commercial awareness
