Property Assistant/PA

This leading law firm has offices sprawled across Surrey and London. This role will sit within the firm’s Commercial Property department but will cover both commercial and residential property. The main purpose of the Commercial Property department is advising clients through the acquisition and disposal of businesses as well as their investment, development and commercial property matters. The central duties of this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Ensuring confidentiality standards are consistently met
  • Arranging meetings and appointments, as well as maintaining an up-to-date diary for their fee earner
  • Attending to clients both in person and over the phone
  • Dealing with property registration and post completion work, as well as preparing AP1s
  • Preparing and tidying conference rooms for meetings
  • Speaking directly with lessees and with agents
  • Preparation and sorting of incoming and outgoing mail
  • Undertaking completion formalities – this includes preparation of completion statements
  • Client file management, including: retrieval, storage, opening and closing


*To be considered for this role, you must have experience within Residential Property. Experience within Commercial Property is also preferred but is not essential.


Salary: £24,000 - £28,000
