Property Litigation Executive / Fee Earner - Surrey / South West London.

Legal 500 law firm are looking to recruit an additional fee earner into their dispute resolution department.  This department deal with a variety of disputes including commercial disputes, property disputes and general civil litigation including contentious probate, debt recovery and insolvency.

This role sits within their property litigation team who deal with both commercial and residential property disputes including landlord & tenant matters, boundary disputes, possession proceedings, enforcement and service charge recovery.

Applications are welcome from qualified legal executives, part qualified legal executives or paralegals but you must have at least 2 years experience of fee earning in litigation.  A specialism in property litigation would be ideal, but if you are a more general litigator who has experience in property litigation and would like to specialise more in this area then please do apply.
